I responded to Kevin's ad and within 12 hours had 2 auctions up with a 3rd one to come. The idea of $750 in my pocket in three days time was "too good too be true"...(and it was). I should have listened to my gut. I was one of the lucky ones it seems. I had the check for my first auction made out and ready to send to him but this little voice kept telling me 'don't send it' and for once I'm glad I listened. Thank GOD. When the light bulb came on I had already sold three computers with a fourth auction in process. Only one buyer had paid. I alerted all three buyers that I felt I had been the intended victim of a scam.

I immediately set the wheels in motion to undo what had been done and prayed I hadn't done too much damage. One buyer had paid me already and I had started the transfer of funds from paypal to my bank. Try telling someone that you have their money and it will be 3-4 days before you can give it back!! Transfers between paypal and your bank are very very slow but in my case that was a really good thing and I am just so happy I didn't send that check off in the mail or I'd be writing a whole different story.

I just knew that Kevin was a thief I just didn't have proof and now I do with all of you who are writing your own reports.

Although I didn't go so far as to send Kevin or Bianca the money, I still may very well have. I feel bad for all of you that actually are out money over this guy. What a vulture this a_hole is. I have still experienced a great deal of stress over this and keep thanking God, seriously, many times a day because I listened to my gut instead of the happiness I felt when I thought of all the money I'd be making and how I could finally scrape myself out of debt and fix my car and actually have a life... NOT!

To the idiot who threatens investigators knocking on "we" the victims door... get some compassion. You are way to harsh and cynical. It is not uncommon for companys to pay people to list their replaced equipment and other items on ebay. Resellers are kind of an up and coming standard on ebay so you need to educate yourself to this new position in the work world. I myself work for such a place and I launch auctions for a company that pays me to do this.... i photograph, describe and launch auctions for them and this is all done reputably. So to chastise someone for selling computers for some company as a reseller.. well it is not unheard of so back off!!

I saved all my emails from this guy and would really love to see both him and this Bianca get taken down. Isn't there anything either paypal or ebay can do? and what about craigslist where he posts his ads? surely these sites have a way to get people like this. maybe it's wishful thinking, otherwise it would be the case that these sites are knowingly letting their members be used and abused and taken advantage of. and yet I know this guy is evasive so maybe he is one step ahead all the time. It would be nice if he could be stopped.

Im pretty sure because i have done extensive research on this topic, these people are and will be untrackable. number one problem money orders, i was working for kevin holley and my monies were going to a florida residence. 221 n hogan st, jacksonville fl apt 120. im going to say this now if you sent checks, you have a chance. i was stupid enough not to send him checks. i sent money orders. he employes people who in turn employ others most of the little supes have no idea whats going on they in turn get sellers, now we receive the money from the sellers but then it goes to him. and we are told he will pay us. i never was paid!

given that im also in a different state i was adviced depending on the amount of money it was it would take that much money to get a case going and it would be hard to prove they ever received the money orders. Money orders arent safe the best bet is with a check. Money orders cant be proven. So i ended up paying the people back out of my pocket and left it alone.

My life is back to normal, you would think that with all this so called law enforcement and agencies that there would be some kind of help but honestly, there isnt. You are going to pay serious money for a lawyer, and end up going broke over trying to retrieve 3000.00 or less. it wasnt worth it for me i just wanted it to be over and i took out a loan to do so.

As far as Bianca, I knew of her, she just like me was employed through him and is having difficulties recouping her monies back as well. I wish everyone some kind of luck in this manner i was fortunate enough to be able to get a loan out to cover the money.

Joan, thank God you listened to your gut. I didn't. And I have always been such a skeptic, but the money seemed so good, and with things the way they were, the temptation was too strong.

But I really wanted to say thank you for standing up for sellers of items from scam companies like this. A lot of people will fall for something like this because they want to make extra income to pay bills or even just to buy food. When you're hungry or about to have your utilities shut off, you're just about to do anything, within reason.

After I wrote to him again, Kevin Holley emailed me trying to get me to rebut what I wrote here. He even tried to make me feel guilty for not going along with him that he was trying to help me because I told him he had a certain amount of time to take care of his responsibility to his customer or I was going to report him to the Better Business Bureau. Either send him the laptop he paid for for a gift for his son or refund him his money.

HE did neither. He also lied and said he wasn't out to rip off anyone. He also said that there was some kind of scam going on between his supplier and one of his sellers or associates. He also wrote he had removed his ads on craigslist. He did, apparently, only for awhile though. I checked more than one state to see if he actually did. I didn't see any more of his on there. I haven't checked lately. I will now, and if I see he is, I'm posting that he is a rip off artist so anyone tempted to list for his company will, hopefully, not get involved.

As for Bianca Morgan, once she got that check, she wanted to know if I overnighted it. That was my clue, too late, what she was really about. Then after that the only response I got from her was that she would be sending me the information when the laptop was sent. I told her I wrote this report here, she tried telling me that they are not out to hurt people. I kept writing and calling, daily, to get the information for the laptop being delivered. I never heard from her again.

I have kept every email and recorded all the conversations that transpired between me, Bianca, and Kevin, although, I never did talk to him personally.

A suggestion I have is to post it on craigslist and on ebay forums and any scam forums to watch out for this guy, his company names or any ads that state you can make exceptional money by selling for a company like this. By doing so, this should put more of a halt on this kind of scam.

With this information being put out there, someone, who is considering listing or buying, doing research, will find them without having to dig forever. I did search, for a long time, before I signed up and couldn't find anything about the company or either of their names.

We are the victims as much as the customers. But we and the customers can do something about this if we just take the time to report them to The Better Business Bureau, The Attorney General of New Jersey and the police in their area.

I see he has a different address again. I wonder if this is another UPS Store.

In the meantime, his customer who bought through my listing, is still waiting for him to recompense him. At least, I had the ability to refund the other customer. Right after that, I cancelled two sales on ioffer, and ebay stopped two of mine. But after they checked on things, I got an email that I could relist them. I did not do so; I'm thankful for that and for being able to refund, at least, the one customer. To this day, even though I've told them what is up, my PayPal account remains frozen.

I put in a complaint to The Better Business Bureau about this so it is still in limbo. By the way, any monies I received, which were in my PayPal account, were refunded to the last customer.
