Philly (Kevin Hopkins) runs a forum, a pretty decently sized forum, that helps sell stolen usernames etc.
Kevin likes to make deals with his users, and he does not like to pay them back, he scams his OWN users. He has scammed more than 1000+ from people that use the forum he runs! I was a Moderator and all he wanted was his users money, he claims that he would pay them back over and over again, yet never did!
Here is all the evidence against him that I have found from just doing barely ANY research of him. He has scammed so much and nothing has been done about it.
