I had a sales person at the Home Depot that contacted, and she asked if I would be interested in a new A/C system. I said yes, I would like to have a Carrier 3.5 Ton with a Heat Pump as well. The following day I met another sales person and his name was Ken Pretrella the Comfort advisor, his cell phone was 727 295 8384 and he really a good job to explain the features of the new system and also made the point to explain service after the sale.

However, to do total renovation, I felt that it would be in my best interest to wait until the end of the project was completed. He also mentioned other company's such as 2 cool air conditioning and Bayonet Heating and Air in the Hudson area. 2 cool provided the estimate that was under my standards it $7400.00 it was not what I wanted. Bayonet also provided the estimate that was $7300.00 but had not come to the location. Ken's estimate started at $12,893 but after he Spock to his manager we agreed to $8000.00, and I also mentioned due to the work that really not completed and his response that they would also take care of any clean up proportion. However, after the call was made, he also failed to provide any information about his name to contact. After that, I made a check-out to the Home Depot from his reference instead of ARS. Then I chose my wife Virginia to make my calls, as she was much better than my self.
