Complaint Review: Kevin Jewelers

I traded in a high quality VVS2 ring in for a larger infinity band at Kevin Jewelers. I was told that the diamonds would be S1 quality, which is sufficient for a 2 carat band. My wife has been getting strange feedback from her firends saying the diamonds look dead, so I brought it into a reputable jeweler.The jeweler put it under his mircroscope and did just about all he could do not to laugh and then decided to show me the proof of how bad the diamonds are. The diamonds are completly infracted, poorly cut and chipped terribly, please bear in mind that we bought this 6 months ago, and to kick me while I was down the "free Vegas trip" voucher would not work.
