Purchased a Groupon for haircut, blow dry and double process color. Called and discussed the Groupon as well as the desire to use this Groupon to obtain a root touch up of my base color and partial highlight. Spoke with Stacy on Wednesday who said she could provide these services and she booked my appointment on Friday. I arrived at the salon 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. I was greeted by Nicole who stated "at this salon double process means we will touch up your base color at the root and tone your ends.”

Anyone who has gotten their hair dyed knows double process means base color and highlight. This is what Stacy and I discussed in detail over the phone. Yet once at the salon they refused to honor the Groupon. Somehow Stacy who I had the appointment with and had spoken to in detail was nowhere to be found. This salon has no desire to provide the services they were paid to provide nor offer any type of customer service. This is a completely unethical business that specializes in false advertising. Please check them out on yelp.com as I am not the only person to fall victim of this salons practice of bait and switch.
