Kevin Kemp Orlando Roofing & Siding Company is a scam. I hired them to replace the roof on my house, and all they did was purchase some of the materials and started work but never completed it. I paid them in advance so they could get the materials for it but they just ripped me off. They ripped of my nieghbors too.

The house was in great shape before they started. But then I started noticing leaks in the roof. The roof was not leaking prior to them starting the work. When I confronted him with it, he told me it had been leaking for years and he could tell for this reason or that. He was full of balogna. A real scammer. His wife Kimberly Kemp Orlando fl is just as guilty. She helped him with his scam.
