My name is Tom. I went to this store to upgrade my hair trimmer to get sharper with this company. Mr. Kevin McNutt upgraded my trimmer for $29.95 and it was only lasted for 2 weeks. The piece that he put between the blades of my trimmer is come out. Then I went back to Mr. Kevin store to get fixed. Mr. Kevin did not guarantee his 30 day money back guarantee or 90 days of service like others. He charged me again for this upgrade $29.95.
I was not happy with his service and I did not expect that I would get charged to check it or redo it, but his business is like this. I talked nicely with him not to charge me, but he charged me and he yelled so loud at me to pay for it that my brother was on the phone talking with me to translate for me, heard his yelling. Mr. Kevin Mcnutt is very bad attitude, yelling me as his customer and tried to kick me out of his store while my brother is trying to tell me to explain the problem of the trimmer.

Because Mr. Kevin is not doing good job on the service, but just wants to charge to anything he makes up to fixe or repair on the service like changing new crews, wipe out the scratches or so on. HE NEVER Gives WARRANTY TO THE CUSTOMERS after he repairs clippers, trimmers or anything that he does. I paid $26.95 + tax for the upgrade and after 2 weeks, my trimmer was broken and I brought this back to him, HE CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR THE UPGRADE.
I am very upset and unhappy of his service that he have tried to charge me again and again with NO WARRANTY; also, yelling at me to kick me out of his store while I am trying to explain to him. Now he is holding my trimmer there and threatening me if I don't pay to pick it up, he will sell it to someone else.
This is the first time of my life in this country, I never see and have any companies or stores that I buy and have the services is bad like this store, PRO PRODUCTS AND MORE from Mr. Kevin Mcnutt. Mr. Kevin doesn't want to fix my trimmer and still wanted to charge me for his bad service again and again. He has his mind if someone does not pick up their stuff, he will sell it for his property. I know in this world nobody is perfect, sometimes he/she has to get mistakes, but Mr. Kevin Mcnutt did not agree what he did to my trimmer sharpening. I just want him to return me the broken one that he did, I don't want him to pretend of fixing and to charge me again and again.
This is the first and my last time of my life, I never come back to this store any more, period! I still have all the receipts and details that he charged me I can provide and explain more if you request anything from me to investigate his business, please feel free to contact me, thamk you very much.
