“Be advised that by letter from Kevin Miller, the principal in U.S. Hardship Group, dated April 28, 2020, to us, and in a letter confirming the same thing to us from the attorneys for U.S. Hardship of May 6, 2020, when we responded, U.S. Hardship was and is insolvent.  That is the word used in both letters in description of Hardship’s intent to further serve you as contracted.  I suggest that you contact U.S. Hardship and ask it or Miller for copies of both of those letters.  You are entitled to them.  They were not sent out as any privileged communication.  You then decide whether you want to continue to depend on U.S. Hardship to complete the program you have invested so much in.”
