A few years ago I paid five thousand dollars to get one-on-one weekly real estate mentoring from Kevin Mills for his Millionaire 101 program. It was also supposed to include as many weekend special seminars and buying outings as offered. At the time, he was using GDIchanginglives.com to advertise and also got victims through teaching a periodic real estate class through The Learning Annex. He took my $5,000. What did I get? A spiral-bound couple of notebook things with real estate information that could have been copied from any number of other places and printed off the computer. Half the pages were inserted upside-down. Every time I wanted to go to a seminar that was allegedly taking place, it would be canceled because of not enough people participating or some other excuse. I had three one-hour phone mentoring sessions (not the 52 I purchased) and got no seminars. All of his phone numbers changed. His Web site was taken down. He didn't respond to e-mails after a bit, and I never saw or heard from him again. He hides behind the Internet and pretends to be other people in his business. Half the rebuttals on here that are supposed to be from employees of his are probably him pretending to be other people because that's what he did. He called it "wearing many hats." Uh-huh. He time closes you in that he makes sure he can string you along until you can no longer file a complaint with your bank or whoever you paid him through.

He is a fraud who has hurt a lot of people. I have spoken with people he used to work with in Ohio, and they said a lot of people lost a lot of money because of him, too, not just the mentoring fee but also assignment fees from worthless properties, buying things in horrible drug and crime zones where nobody would rent the house, having things stolen from the remodeling as soon as they would be installed, on and on. He says a lot of things to other people who post reviews like this that they will be brought to justice and all this. Well, one day, he will be, too.
