Kevin Mitchell, coinuts, clickandship ripoff Ebay seller takes your money, but never sends your merchantise, Refuses to refund, won't answer emails or phone calls Coeur D' Alene Idaho
This Ebay seller goes by two names. He uses Coinuts and Clickandship to sell coins on Ebay.
In the past 30 days he has received 290 NEGATIVE complaints from buyers about not sending the coins buyers purchased,and refusing to refund money sent for the coins.
His real name is Kevin Mitchell and I have tried many times to email him and/or call him.I have never received a response from him. I filed a complaint with EBAY and PayPal and he even refuses to respond to both of these agencies inquiries.
I have communicated with over 40 other Ebay buyers who have experienced the same problem with this person. DO NOT trust this seller,he will only keep your money and all you will get is GRIEF.

On Labor Day of 2006, I broke my leg (both bones) in a JetSki accident.
My coinshop in Idaho was being run by two of my employees.
My ebay sales (sold under 4 seperate accounts) had 99.9% or better feedback.
The automated sales system kept loading approx. 200 items every day.
My emplyees did not keep up with mailing, emails, or other issues.
They closed up my shop and sent my key to me. I was over two weeks in the hospital, 3 weeks at home in bed. And was pretty out of it (pain medicine).
I spent a month in a wheelchair here at the shop... and mailed ALL coins, or refunded ALL monies. There were over 8,000 emails waiting to be answered (that number would have been bigger if my website could have held more). I posted my X-ray on my about me page on ebay. I spent almost a year getting all accounts straight. If anyone still has missing items, please email me at (((ROR redacted)))

p.s. I'm working with ebay to see if the negatives can be removed (because of the special circumstances) also it was my second oldest daughter that hit me on the JetSki, she has felt bad ever since. But of course, I still Love her and forgave her.
