Kevin Peterson Advance Cash USA He is harrassing me claiming I defaulted on a payday advance loan through a company called Cash Advance USA. He is threatening all types of legal action if I don't pay 899.99 by today at 2:30. He is c Imperial , California
I received a phone message from 760 483-3761 stating I needed to call them back immediately. I called back and a Kevin Peterson answered claiming to be an attorney. He began threatening me with legal action and that he would have my bank account closed for 6 months and that a sheriff would be out to serve me paperwork. He hung up on me several times and would not give me any information regarding the matter finally he claimed I had defaulted on a payday advance loan but would not give me the name of the company that it was for except that it was a company within Cash Advance USA. When I asked for the number of that company he told me to call all the companies that I had taken out a loan with.
He called me a little while later stating that if I came up with $899.99 by 2:30 today he would stop all legal action. He wanted me to pay that money through Greendot money pack. He just called me at 2:33pm at an unavailable number claiming to be from a police department I was able to recognize his accent and hung up on him.
