I invested $5000 US to a “Kevin Phillip Ryan” (now “Phillip Ryan” ) (on Facebook) in October 2013 (by wire transfer) for an “IPO” (Initial Public Offering”) that never occurred. Mr Ryan was advertising his services as a “stock guru” on Facebook and we started chatting around July 2013.

You can find his Facebook profile under “Phillip Ryan” in Tampa. Florida, but he actually lives in Lakeland. He makes stock recommendations, offers “stock trading” courses, and in 2013, he offered an IPO for his company, “Penny King”/ “Insider Trader” to go public, but it never happened.

Mr Ryan has scammed many people to invest in his  IPO, 10 people in total, such as a Robert Jones and Michael Dobrota (that I am aware of from Facebook).

Several others I am aware of have been scammed in slightly different ways, such as Mr Roger Velasco of El Paso, Texas, investing $100,000 US into a ScottTrade account managed by Mr Ryan for Mr Ryan to invest on behalf of Mr Velasco, but with no transparency and no response to any requests for information. A Mr Noor Mohammed of Qatar invested $40,000 US, also based on Mr Ryan’s fraudulent claims. We are finding new people every month who have invested in Mr Ryan.

Mr Ryan refuses to speak to me now after numerous messages and emails on my part to find out what happened with the IPO and my $5000, since about September 2014.

I paid $200 US also for his “beginner’s stock trading course” in 2014, but I only received six out of eight lessons and Mr Ryan disappeared half way through the on-line courses he offered.

The document Mr Ryan sent me, which he neglected to sign for his company “Hot Penny Stocks Online Inc”. He also calls himself “Penny King” on facebook.
