Kevin says he is a good person but then he makes all these hateful remarks about groups of people when he is in private! He said he hates gay people and calls them f#($@) and says stuff like "gays should die"! He even says that mexican people shouldn't live here. He got into a fight one day when he called a mexican person a s@#@.

He made some bad remarks when we were watching TV and said that he hopes the USA minority soldiers who are fighting die in the war. He said he would like to see more black POWs like that lady and that we should go to Africa and start bombing the civilians.

He is the biggest racist and meanest person ever! I won't go to his house anymore because he may say hateful things. I bet he burns crosses at nightime when no one is looking.

If Robert came into where I worked and put on his nice guy act and then went home and complained to his friend about my ethnicity (I'm African-American/Puerto Rican) does that hurt me in any way?.....
*******
To answer your question, YES IT DOES!
I too have to agree with you that the orignal poster's motives are questionable and in the interest of 'friendship' I too wonder exactly what the OP said when 'kevin' was making his racist statements, however racism is a belief in the moral or biological superiority of one race or ethnic group over another or others. This is a form of evil since all individuals should be judged on the deeds that they do and not on the color of skin or religious beliefs. Edmund Burke is often quoted as stating "All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing." What about that do you not agree with?

Are you really naive enough to think that because this person ("Kevin") puts on his 'nice guy act' that you are not harmed in any way? Now I will grant you that if this guy is an uneducated peon (like most racist seem to be), then maybe you are correct but what if said racist is a police officer or the new manager at your company? Most racist dont like the exposure (thus the robes for the klan, some of my best friends are black etc) if his exposure helps just one person to KNOW exactly whom they are dealing with, I am all for it.

Had he exposed the guy to people who worked with him or were "supposed" friends of his, then yes that's great.

But to post it on an international site, I have to question his motives.

and yes, I have more respect for a closet racist, than someone who for some unknown reason decides to put it out there for the world to see, since we wouldn't know him from adam.

Did you really mean to say that you have more respect for the racist then you do for someone who exposes that person?
THis speaks volumes about YOUR character. The poster absolutely did the right thing by bringing the comments to light and in this case, the original poster did you a favor, you and the subject of this post can go and put eye holes in your pillow cases for this weekend's meeting....

You post a private conversation?

I have more respect for a racist than for someone who publically posts something said to them in private.

The OP states that he won't go to Kevin's house anymore. Ha! Kevin is better off without him. What kind of a friend does this to another friend?

You, Jarrod, are the most evil and mean-spirited man around. You are a snake in the grass.

The sad part is, you won't have a clue what I'm talking about. You can't see the error of your ways.

I KNOW KEVIN. HE IS MARRIED TO A GIRL NAMED ROSHANDA. SHE IS HALF BLACK AND HALF MEXICAN AND SHE IS BISEXUAL. I FIND IT HARD TO BELIEVE HE SAID THESE THINGS. GOD BLESS.
