It seems that the Cambridgebusinessacademy.com scam website has been shut down, after taking over $3million from subscribers, claiming the website and business has been 'sold'.

On their forum, kevin Potts and Paul Lynch:

honestworkfromhomesuccess.com (scam forum)

A member posted the following and was quickly banned, which is interesting:

---------
You guys seem to have your heads so far in the sand it is unbelievable. Here are the facts about Kevin Potts and Paul Lynch:

Kevin Potts:

On the 07/12/2010 Kevin changed the business name from CAMBRIDGE BUSINESS ACADEMY LIMITED to KEVIN POTTS CONSULTING LIMITED but the business is still actually in his name. He is both the director and the company secretary. It does seem that the business has been sold BUT it is looking like he has sold it to himself.

Also on the 27/09/2010 he setup a new company - GLOBAL NET PUBLICATIONS LTD with his daughter as the other director.

The fact that he has been claiming for the last 2 years, that he "only

started making money 7 months ago" should say it all to you. The website was even registered 2 years before!

Nobody sells a website with so much traffic, and rankings, and then places a holding page on it, screwing all their masses of subscribers.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Paul Lynch

It would seem that on 24/09/2010 Paul setup his own academy DOT COM ACADEMY LTD - thedotcomacademy.com

He looks as though he is also going into the video market with another new business setup on the 27/09/2010 - EXTREME VIDEO MEDIA LTD - extremevideomedia.com(Paul Lynch owns this and uses himself as a client testimonial !!!).

Paul will know exactly what is happening with Kevin Potts. Don't forget, it was not that long ago that they were both squealing like children, drinking champagne after watching those poor souls pay them $3million for the (cough) 'Churchill Apprenticeship'

Talk about being lead down the garden path. This whole forum is dictated by those two guys, with more 'smoke and mirrors' than a smoke and mirrors factory!

CAMBRIDGE BUSINESS ACADEMY sold? Don't believe a word of it. The Churchill Apprenticeship made them $3million+ They boasted about it on an article on the site, and that is a lot of money not to be tempted to close down a limited company, or pretend to sell it on.

Come on forum members, you know exactly what has happened here.
------------------------------

Kevin Potts and Paul Lynch who runs the

www.thedotcomacademy.com scam site

have scam written all over them!

Off into the sunset with $3million in their back pockets.

Paul Lynch Fake Testimonials, and scam websites?

#6Author of original report

Tue, January 11, 2011

Paul Lynch,

Are you really as uneducated as you sound on your videos?

And please, don't call me an idiot just because you have been found scamming, and found posting fake testimonials on your websites.

Allow me to educate you -

You own a website promoting video production (I am trying to talk slow, so you understand). OK, with me so far?

This website is promoting video production, which you own, also has a testimonial.........from....... wait for it....... YOU...... Paul Lynch, Internet scammer.

Here it is: http://i52.tinypic.com/2d8h0ec.jpg -

Let me repeat, in case I went to fast - a) Your Website b) Your fake

testimonial, trying to scam people into thinking your sales increased, even though the website is also yours. Fooling people, Paul. Even you can understand that. Yes? Ok, let's move on..

Tonight on your fake forum, you wrote:

"those comments on the post on Scam.com about running off with $3 million are just absolutley ridiculous, where people find this information I really dont know!"

(I will try to ignore your two spelling mistakes in the same sentence)

Earth to Paul Lynch..... did you forget that Kevin Potts actually wrote an article on cambridgebusinessacademy.com about how you and him were, quote "Laughing, and drinking champagne as the money came rolling in, and Potts bragging about banking it all"

Were you there just for a laugh, Paul? No, you were in on the scam right from the beginning.

Also tonight, you wrote on your fake forum:

"I was not the owner of CBA nor a director, we simply had an agreement where I would provide SEO, Traffic, Traffic related products on a resale basis to the CBA in return for a commission"

Earth to Paul Lynch.. The CBA website that took tens of thousands of pounds from paying customers is no longer there, and has NOT been sold.

All the CBA customers cannot access what they paid for, but you have already taken a commission from their stolen money! Money that was scammed, with your involvement.

Now, I know you are not the sharpest tool in the box, Paul, but you really should think before you type, as you are digging the scamming hole bigger, and bigger every day.

Also, why do you keep posting fake testimonial videos on this thread?

It has already been proven above, that you fake your testimonials, so how is that going to help you? It has also been proven that you film testimonials at your seminars, but before these scam seminars have even started.

Yet another example, of your scamming ways, Paul Lynch and more will follow.

Think before you reply, Paul. You really are starting to look pathetic, in your attempt to escape the fact that you have scammed a lot of money, from a lot of people, and are dictating a lot of people on your fake forum, without them even realising.

Also Paul, from your other suspicious website: thedotcomacademy.com

Interestingly, this image was named "cambridge-foundation_08":

In just 11 short months? Really, Paul? It seems you have just a short a memory as the other scammer, Kevin Potts.

Because you have been running a business online since at least 2006:

http://www.rapidsitecheck.com/whois....howtodoseo.com

Incidentally, I have 3 associates who have used your link-building services, where you use low earners in Peru, and all 3 of them claim that the links provided were total trash. Unrelated, on spam type blogs, and zero value domains, and that they were refused a refund, and would never use the service again. They also stated how rude the emails were when the poor service was questioned.

So, yet another attempt to fool, and scam visitors on one of your websites.

ExtremeVideo: This is one of my affilaite businesses. The testimonial is true because I got the videos made by the owner in the USA called Tim Pipher who runs and owns http://www.majorleaguevideo.com/ which has got nothing to do with me.

My extension was built a couple of years ago before I even knew Kevin!

Not sure how you can scam anyone who is STILL on the programme! Again Churchill is STILL ongoing only the web site was sold.

I will not get drawn into this and just leave these testimonials and let others decide:

Paul Lynch Fake Testimonials?

Paul Lynch,

You really should show some manners when you have been caught scamming people out of considerable sums of money. A paid contractor? Is that why yourself and Kevin Potts were squealing with delight, sipping champagne when that $3million you conned our of vulnerable people started flowing into your bank accounts?

You are, and were, right in Kevin Potts's pocket, and still are.And you can try and convince your pathetic little shhep forum otherwise, but we all know the truth.

It is easy to claim this when the brown stuff hits the fan. The fact is, you both cooked up this scam together, in a direct attempt to defraud people of their money. Kevin Potts lied, and so did you. You are both scammers of the highest order.

And it looks like you have paid for a nice little extension on your house with the foresight of the proceeds -

http://www.bit.ly/fr7NAd

Nice, Paul. Is there now a swimming pool around the back now, too, with the scammed money?..

Also, why are you posting FAKE TESTIMONIALS on your video website extremevideomedia.com, claiming yourself as the customer. This is a lie, Paul. You are tricking potential buyers into falsehood, as you own this website.

You should be ashamed of yourself.

Although, with $3million in the bank between you and the other scammer, Kevin Potts, the shame quickly goes way.

Another bottle of champagne paid for, with the proceeds of this scam should help..

All you are, Paul Lynch, is somebody who pays for slave labour for your link building company, offering services which are shoddy, and poorly executed. Another scam.

This obviously wasn't paying enough, so you decided to take it further, portraying yourself as some kind of internet marketing guru, and take the scam to a much higher level, with the help of Kevin Potts, falsely advertising himself as a vicar who only started online 9 months ago, when his company was registered years before. You knew this, still decided to partner with him, making you equally a SCAMMER.

Kevin Potts and Paul Lynch, you are both scammers, and updates will follow.

You really should get your facts straight before posting this rubbish!

Firstly the Churchill Students (20K) are very much being looked after full time by Kevin Potts.

Here is a video on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/howtodoseo#p/u/0/8QyRjqOPXc4

And secondly the CBA website sale had NOTHING to do with me. Since you like looking on companies house please do another search on the CBA and tell me if I was a director of that company?

I simply worked as a paid contractor on thetraffic side of KEVINS business thats it.
