Complaint Review: Kevin's Jewerly

Kevin's Jewerly I had an account opened with them, on June of 2016 I had pay my full balance already, I asked of the managers ther and she said that it was paid in full already, now 6 months later I get a called that I owe $200! West Covina California

I opened an account with Kevin Jewerly and I had been on time always to pay my account, on June of 2016 I made my last payment towards my balance because I always keep track of my credit debt, as I made my payment I knew that I had paid everything already, when I finish paying my last payment, I asked the manager if I had any balance left to pay and she said that with the payment I had made that day my account was paid in full. So I cut the credit card that same day, now 6 month later, I got a called saying my account was charged off!!

 

My credit suffered a lot because of the charge off! I told them I had paid everything nd they said I didn't but I did, and the manager of the store told me that yes my account was paid in full already!
