Complaint Review: Kevin’s Mobile autobody

I hired Kevin to fix a dent in my car and he did the job but upon inspection I noticed a bulge in the dented area. I called him to come and smooth it out, he asked that I should wait few days and let the paint settle. It actually got worse few days later, the dented area looked more like a growth on the side of the car. He promised to come back and address it, but I called him few days later for him to come and do so, he stopped answering his phone. I tried and tried in multiple iterations to get him to come but in vain, he stopped answering his phone.

I feel cheated and ripped by this business and I would like to ensure no other customers are put through the same ordeal. Kevin is a crook and tends to scam people judging by all the reviews online which I failed to check before I engaged his services. There seems to be a pattern from all the customers that deal with Kevin. I demand a restitution from him in the form on a refund.
