Complaint Review: Kevin Wessell Smith information

Kevin Wessell Smith is a neighbor of mine who also works at the Portland, Maine City Clerk's office. I want to give you some information about what kind of neighbor he is. First of all, as an official you would think that he would act reputably. Well, he moved into my neighborhood about eight years ago. He got divorced and then married a gal who is 24 years younger than him. He is 53. She is 29. He is a high-level official with the city. She was a receptionist. Before that she was a waitress receiving tips. 

Once they got married, she moved into his house and they started to use the hot tub in their back yard. Nothing wrong with that, right? The thing is that they both go in the hot tub in the NUDE. Yes, they are in their back yard, where neighbors on both sides can see. And they are both nude in the back yard in the hot tub. They also have SEX in the hot tub. I have seen it. So, what I have been doing is sitting on the deck of my house, waiting every night just after dark and waiting for them to go in. They do it every night. I sit there and wait. Just like clockwork after sunset they go in and take off all of their clothes, even the bottoms of their swimsuits and they jump in. 

You would think that a city official would have better judgment than that. 

Not only that but Kevin Wessell Smith is a blabber mouth. I told him a secret about a private family matter and he told everyone in the neighborhood about it. It is quite concerning to me because I am a very private person. So, this is my rant. He did this to me so I am going to post this about him.
