One Source Home Service Refused to replace warranted part that they installed Colorado Springs Colorado

New blower motor was installed for $800 in September, the two installers fought the whole time and completed the installation in 4 hours. Two months later the part failed and when One Source was contacted they said they did not install the equipment and would not cover the repairs. Then went on to say that the two installers were fired the day they installed my new equipment so nothing was ever filed. After further conversation they finally admitted that they would replace the equipment and sent me a bill of sale saying that the new one would be free. After 4 missed appointments and one month of no heat in December as well as four missed work days waiting, no tech ever showed up and still no heat.

Julian Martinez assured me on multipul occations that a tech would come and still never arrived. 

One Source assured me that they would correct the problem, but a month later still no fix.
