Key Battery Battery Won't Charge, Company Non-Responsive San Clemente California
I purchsed a replacement laptop battery which wouldn't charge. I was able to return that battery and received another, which also wouln't charge fully, although it behaved differently than the first.
I tried everything they suggested, although their advice was generic and din't apply to my laptop or battery. They couldn't provide any evidence that the battery worked before they shipped it and they couldn't provide me a charged battery.
Finally, now I am left with garbage and a useless receipt.

Did you purchase with a credit card?

If you purchased with a credit card and less than 60 days have passed since the purchase, file a written chargeback request with your CC. Reason: a faulty product was delivered.
Next time, spend a little more & buy a name brand battery from a reputable vendor. There are a LOT of 'Shopping Bots" on the web that include ratings for their listed vendors. Also, camera dealers usually sell computer batteries and photo dealer reviews, good & bad, can be found on "photo net".
