On March 13, 2007, I ordered three tickets online (on the KEY2TRAVEL website) for Mamma Mia at 10:00 pm on March 17, 2007.

On March 15 or 16, 2007, I received a call from KEY2TRAVEL indicating that there is no 10:00 pm Mamma Mia show. The representative asked if I wished to attend an earlier show but I could not do so. That was the end of my interaction with KEY2TRAVEL until the charge appeared on my credit card I called KEY2TRAVEL and was told that the account would be credited. Of course, KEY2TRAVEL did not credit my card.

When I instructed Diner's Club to withhold payment, KEY2TRAVEL contests my position.

It appears that KEY2TRAVEl wants me to pay for a show which did not exist because the KEY2TRAVEL website indicated that the show was available. The reservation was canceled by KEY2TRAVEL on account of KEY2TRAVELs error. I never received any tickets, and did not attend the show which according to KEY2TRAVEL did not take place.

What exactly should I pay for?
