Complaint Review: keyes audi

 Over email/ phone a deal was made with Denham Emersley (actually 2 deals, the first one was "sold" after we had come to terms shuld have been the first red flag) and was told to come in today and pick it up the new car  we arrived and were told now they want the monthly payment $100 more a month over items previously disclosed. (millage on a lease return that was stated over the phone and on service records)
