Complaint Review: Keyes Honda Woodland Hills

Keyes Honda Woodland Hills Went in for oil change. After it ws finished I drove home. The next day I opened the trunk and found that a package containing MaGuire's compounding/polishing kit I had just received for $71.99 from Amazon was gone Woodland Hills CA

Brought car in for service. When it was returned I asked them if they could buff out the scratches on the side of my car. They did a wonderful job. It wasn't until the following day that I opened the rear deck to get the package for return to Amazon. To my surprise it was gone-vanished-stolen. No one other than the service department was near my car and I only received the package a day prior to my service visit to Keyes so no one else had access to my vehicle. Then to top things off the service manager "Jack" basically accused me of lying.

I tried to get satisfaction from the service department but that did not work...cannot believe they would stoop so low as to steal a $71.99 item but I guess those are the type of people they employ.
