keylessoption.com remotesremotes.com Will not refund money when I notifeed them that the delivery address was incorrect. I called multiple times and left my name and number. No return calls. Farmingdale New Jersey

I ordered 2 replacement keys for my car from KeylessOption.com. When I received my confirmation email, I saw that the delievery address was incorrect. I called the company. No customer service person would answer, so I called back. This time I pressed the button for sales.( The only line that will answer). I advised the repreasentative that my delivery address was incorrect and I wanted to give them my correct address. She repsonded that she was sorry, but they would have to wait for the items to come back as "Not deliverible', before they could help me. I waited 2 weeks. When I still had not received my keys, I called back.

I pressed the button for customer service and waited..after 4 minutes on hold, I was told, by automated voice, to leave my name and number and my call would be returned withiin 24 hours. I ended up doing that 6 different times. I finally emailed them to request a refund, as this business seemed shady in how they dealt with customer service issues. I received various emails saying I would have to wait for them to receive the item back. I have never heard from them.

I filed a BBB report about them, and was notifed by the BBB that the company never responded to the compliant. As of today I have filed a complaint with the New Jersey division of consumer affairs.
