The company Keystone Builders in Maple Grove was recommenced to us by a family in our neighborhood we are friends with. They said the company did a great job with their roof so we decided to try them.
From the beginning the rep who came to our house Randy Burge was very knowledgeable of the roof process. The thing that bothered my wife and I was Randy kept interrupting my wife and I when we spoke and would often seem impatient or condescending with his questions and answers.
Despite his interrupting and condescending attitude we decided to let Keystone builders replace our roof.
When the roofing crew actually showed up to do the work it took them a long time to stop gathering on our lawn and actually get up to the roof. Mean while the rep Randy sat in his vehicle pretty much the whole job, and would come and leave with no explanation throughout the day.
The final thing that broke the camels back was after the roof was completed another company came through wanting to check for hail damage and we told them we just had a brand new roof installed. The man Insisted it be good to look at the roof to see if there was any mistakes made during the install. When the rep came back down from his ladder after checking the roof, he told me I have to come up to the roof.
I'm no roofing expert but I could tell something wasn't right. Once up to the roof I could see an incomplete job and the rep pointed out three or four mistakes that were made. We are NOT happy with Randy Burge or Keystone builders and would not use them or recommend them to any one in the future.
