Complaint Review: Keystone Pools

Keystone Pools I was ripped off by Keystone Pools when they came to open my pool. After they opened my pool when I was not here, I discovered that the parts to install my diving board were missing. Also the pool was a bright green. When asked why my diving board supplies were missing and my pool was green, they became angry stating they had done a wonderful job and hung up. They will not correct the problem. Carlisle Pennsylvania

I called Keystone Pools to open my pool this year.  They had also "closed" it the previous winter.  They "opened" it when I was not home.  When I returned home, my pool was green and the parts to my diving board were missing.  I had multiple problems with the pool all summer which I believe was a result from their lack of work in opening the pool. 

The pool stayed a bright green for a month.  When I tried to call and talk to them about correcting the problem they said they would not.  I had to spend much money and have chemical tests done to determine what the problem was with the pool.  I had to call the dealer of the pool and order diving board parts.  They were called several times to ask them to correct their mistake, but they will not.  They will not reimburse for any chemicals or diving board parts.  They will not reimburse for the closing in the winter which was obviously not done correctly.  I would not recommend this business to anyone.
