Keystone R.V The glass board is not attached to the aluminum frame. Frame bent Screws not attached to anything. Broken axel parts afer 4 years Goshem Indiana
In January Of 2007 I bought a Keystone Challenger. Within one year the trailer had been in the shop more than I had it. Happy Daze R.V. decided that the trailer was a wreck and gave me what I thought was a good deal on a top of the line Keystone Everest. I have this one in the shop every time I have taken it out witch is three to four times a year. I have asked Keystone R.V. to help with the repair I have sent them pictures and have recieved no answere from them. The trailer is currently in at R.V. Dr. George in Sacramento California. He has had to streighten the frame rebuild the under belly as the welding was not enough to hold it together. I now have had to have him take the front end apart and he has found that the side wall is not attached to the aluminum sideing. This trailer is pure junk and is coming apart. Dr George has said he has never found a trailer that is just 5 years old in such bad shape. I have talked with Tom Boman at tbowman@dotgov 202-366-2583. He is with the Dpt of transportation in Washington. He along with Dr. George R.V. 916-927-7837 have said that the trailer was junk. I paid a lot of money for this trailer and just feel I have not goten what I paid for. They put these things together as fast as possible to get them on the road and send them to the dealers and let them deal with the problems. I feel that Keystone should be held responsible for the trailer and make sure I get a new one of equil value. I have gone to a lot of expence to make this beautiful. I have put a washer dryer second AC and kept it up. I would like you to contact Dr. George for all the information on the trailer.
Thank You
