We bought our camper from a keystone rv dealer in April and by mid may when we wanted to use the camper it was leaking in the kids bunk room. The dealer said they would come out to fix the camper and they did adjust the slide out for that bunk room. A few days later it was still leaking and the dealer said they would come out and fix the leak again. Well, it leaked two more times that we went to use the camper and the air conditioning went out. We told them we don't want it anymore and its in their possession now. They said they fixed the air once on the site we had it at but the last time it happened was when we said enough. As we were unpacking, we found a water damaged area in the pack n play closet that we haven't opened until recently. It smells very bad. Keystone said we are at fault because we didn't bring it to them for repair although when I called the dealer about all the problems they never said to bring it in. They offer on the site repair. We have not had one whole weekend of camping since we bought this camper because of it not being made right. We spent all the time putting tarps on it, taking tarps off, pulling out the bunk bed frames to dry and putting back together. Laundry for all the towels to soak up the water on the floor and rearranging things so we could be without our 4 kids there while we cleaned and threw away damaged belongings. We don't want this heartbreak anymore. We want a refund but keystone said no. I am looking for an attorney now.

Did you ever find a lawyer to take them on .I cant find one who has the power to take them on every time I think I do they back down .It like keystone payes them off or something . we baught a 2015 when they first came out one trip and it is in the shop .It has been in the shop more then we have go to use it. A tech even told us it is a manufacture defect it can never be fix. I am sick over this .Once again its in the shop and they finaly said they would give us 1950 for lose of use .Ok fine . Well today they emailed me wanting me to sign a release saying they will never have to repair any more and they are all clear I refused to sign . I need a lawyer but cant find one did you have any luck ?

I have a problem with them too, they don't care about safety, i have a fifthwheel Laredo 2005, i almost lost it on the road, i could kill people with the trailer. There is a frame bad welding problem.I email to Keystone, they ignore my problem, i'm working on *recours collectif* against them. If you have a Keystone Rv Company product, play safe, bring it to the garage and make sure the pin and the frame is ok. I send them a photo of the fifthwheel damage and they told me there was a repair before on the unit, cause the white paint on the frame and they don't paint the frame at the shop they said.Isn't ridiculous for answer???

Keystone RV unsafe

#5UPDATE EX-employee responds

Hi, I just stopped working there a while ago and I have some things to say about their trailers, other than the fact they practice unsafe working conditions and stomp their employees into the ground all they care about is mass producing a product not about the quality and I know this 100% for a fact they sent out some ugly things that are more than unacceptable, i'm sorry you had to go through all that, In my opinion fleetwood built trailers are much better as they will NOT go out the door with defects.
