I ordered the 3 chicken strips combo with a side order of potato wedges, 2 apple turnovers and a sweet tea. I was told to pull up and wait 4 minutes for the turnovers. Instead, I waited 12 minutes. My total had come to $6.39. When I got home, I noticed there were no wedges but wedges were on my receipt. Many other times I've been cheated out of my money coming here and waiting for long periods of time. I don't know whether they just don't have enough help, or if they intensionally screw up their customers orders.

Stop eating fast food and learn to cook
It is better health wise and you will never have to wait in line
If you want to eat at KFC I suggest you check your order before you leave the store

....some poor soul complains about being ripped off. But they hasten to add that it has happened "many times at this location"!!! SO WHY DO YOU KEEP GOING THERE???

My god, man...anyone can mess up. If a fast food place screws my order up once, or even twice...no big deal. I've got bigger issues in my life. But if it's a constant and repeating problem, I no longer take my money there, and on several occassions, I have contacted either the managing partner or corporate office. Most of the time, they want to know if there is a problem with a unit so that it can be fixed. And more often than not, you'll be offered a coupon for a future visit.

So get real, man! This is your own fault. You continue to accept substandard performance through your repeated patronage.

get out of the drive thru lane

Drive thru is not as convenient as everyone seems to think. You actually get faster and better service when you walk into the store - this is particularly true during the rush hours of lunch and dinner.

When you go into the store - you can take the time to MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE before you leave.

Sounds to me like they do it a lot and you are letting them do it because you wait until you get home to look in the bag. You should be looking at it as soon as they give it to you.

We've been burned a few times and always check our orders before we leave!
