I've spent all day trying to reach out to this corporate office about the property at 1401 W. Holmes rd Lansing MI 48910

The residents are denied copies of the lease agreements.  Today the power to common areas and hot water to each apartment,  was shut off due to nonpayment.  When trying to contact anyone to help, we were met with, there is no one available, I am only the receptionist.  Several messages have been left, but still 3.5 hours later, the residents have not heard from anyone in regards to whats going to be done.  

The district manager of the building did not have a clue about the situation and was very unhelpful in getting in touch with someone that could help.  She was annoyed by being asked for her supervisor, or anyone outside of her to contact.   She has not reached out to the residents as well.

They are older and with special needs and the Property Management does not and is not tending to the seriousness of the situation. 

We have reported them to the Attorney Generals Office and I encourage more residents and family of residents to also.
