Complaint Review: KGLA Publications Now EMPIRE Publications

I flied a complaint about a month and a half ago, ( I believe through this site but I cannot find a record of my complaint here..) then received the plaque we ordered from KGLA Publications. The info that came with the plaque said that the company was behind in issuing the "publication", and was now also eMPIRE Publications..I have called repeatedly and sent several e-mails to the original billing response e-mail for KGLA, which are not being "rejected", but have not received any kind of response on as to when we may receive the publication. I intend to file a complaint the the Texas State Attorney general and possibly the Georgia SAG, if I do not receive a reply or update on the status of our order from this company.
