Complaint Review: khosrow sadeghian

My family and i were trying to find ourselves a lease to own when i came across this advertisment on craigslist the ad said it was owner financed so we applied for it we got in touch with the owner he told us we had to fill out an application and pay a $65 fee for it which was nonrefundable he also told us if we wanted him to hold the house for us to give him $250 so we did then in order to see if we were approved he needed another $250 because he told us the deposit was $500 so we ended up paying it to him then he told us that our credit was so bad that we were not going to be able to buy the house just rent which went up from $850 to $950 so we told him we thought  we werent going to be able to afford so we asked for the deposit back which he told us was refundable if denied then he told us to give him another $1490 and we could move into the house which by the way has no appliances in it at all the carpet is stained and messed up pretty bad anyway we told him we didnt have that kind of money ( $1490) then he comes telling us we wont be getting the house after all we have tried contacting him about our deposit and he continues to ignore our phone calls and messages.
