Kia Heritage Motors ripoff Bel Air Maryland
Talk about pissed off. We got a 2002 kia optima have had numerous problems with it as far as windows and the engine light constantly staying on.
Yesterday it decides to take a crap on us 118 miles from home. Call road side assitance they tow us in to dealership in sailsbury maryland. The dealership there informs us we are the second owners of this car.
After our shock wore off we are mad as hell. Heritage motors told us this car was new when we bought it. Our car sits in salisbury maryland with a crankshaft censor out of it and not covered under warranty and costing us 600.00 bucks to fix it and then to add insult to injury we are the second owners wtf we are mad as hell.
Never buy from heritage motors ever again

You'd better read your contract

If the contract states this is a NEW car, then they have committed a felony. The Department of Motor Vehicles have very strict policies regarding the sale of previously owned cars as new.
If this is the case, and your contract states NEW, then you are entitled to a full refund. Also, the finance company/bank will also be pissed because they funded the loan for a new car, not used.
