I purchased a 2004 Kia Sedona 3/94 and experienced brake groaning, vibrating & squeeling in the first six months.  Took to the dealership several times and could not fix. Took to independent mechanics and could not fix.  Took to brake specialists and could not fix.  A dealer finally was honest with me and said there is a design flaw (vehicle too heavy for brakes) that Kia would not fix.  I am not alone in this situation - there are hundreds of others like me found on Edmunds forum website.  Complaints to Kia fall on deaf ears.  Is there any help out there for this problem?

There are 2 factory bulletins addressing this problem.  A TSB (technical service bulletin) #KT2007042401 and a PitStop Bulletin #KT2008090502. I would think these 2 bulletins will cure the problem.
Always ask your car dealer to check for factory bulletins, there are many.
