Kia Motors Customer Satisfaction? ripoff Mount Laurel New Jersey, Irvine California
Had my car in for repairs again about 2 months ago. Wasn't happy. So far, no calls, no letters, no contact at all. I don't remember EVER getting a satisfaction contact when I wasn't satisfied. KIA must allow dealers to change customer contact information and only select the good reports so their stats look good. They must not really care about what unhappy customers think about them, the dealers that "fix" their mistakes, or the inferior products they try to get people to buy.
Be VERY careful when buying a car from KIA. The company is a JOKE and their products aren't too good either. They make Honda, Toyota, etc look like a MUCH better choice!

Kia is a low end car manufacturer. When you spent the 7 or 8000 on the car did you really think you were getting something that not only was top of the line but came from a good company? They don't "make Honda, Toyota, etc look like a MUCH better choice", those car companies ARE better choices.
Your only recourse is to try and contact the home office of KIA and register a complaint
