Complaint Review: Kia Of Shreveport Bossier

My mother who is going to be 61 years old, went to this dealership to buy her very 1st new car. Granted it was a 2007, it was still new to her. They told her to come back on Monday and they would replace the bald front tires, replace the console that was totally busted, and then detail it. When she returned on Monday they sd "NO". Sold as is!!!! And we dont have time to detail it either. WHAT!!??? She is so heartbroken. How can there be human beings out there that take advantage of elderly people like that?
