Gentlemen, please be advised that I have reviewed the documents and emails with regard to your operation for the above referenced firm.

There are very serious issues as to the contract and the terms therein.
This firm the National Law Services and myself specifically as lead council is prepared to bring a federal civil action in the third circuit for damages sustained.
It is premature to include all of the allegations but well certainly cover RICO and racketeering under title 18.
In addition to the foregoing claims of fraud, conversion, miss-used of the process and other theft allegations will be pleaded.
Finally I need to discuss with each and every recipient of the email each of the following:
1) your interest in participate in the lawsuit
2) other members and or victims who can join in the lawsuit
3) your ability testify and participate in the law suit itself
4) Please understand that the more plaintiffs we have will make our applications more credible and the ability to sustain a much larger judgment.
I have begun the investigation as to the asset conversions of the defendant and the location of all proper parties to be served.
Finally I am using the public forum as a mechanism to achieve success in this case. It is my intention to forward the pleadings to every administrative office of the United States Government and file a proof of claim and petition with the United States Congress benefits for military members.
