Complaint Review: Kickassrealestate - Gerald Romine

This company refuses to support the software I paid hundreds of dollars for 4 years ago. They have a site and access code and mine doesn't work, they won't give me a working one. I have left countless messages by phone and email, they do not respond. Today, I finally got through to a Ms. Angela Lopez who informs me they no longer have the software and I can see if I can find it on ebay??? I told her I was not about to spend even more money when the company should be providing me the codes to use the software I purchaed. She said she was new to this account and would get a supervisor to call me back whenever they could. Well, they have said that in the past and it never happens. They have told me that they will give me a discount on the new software but I will still have to pay just under $1,000. What a joke as if I have that kind of money sitting around. They do not have phone support, only internet support so if you have a real problem it doesn't get resolved that day it can take days of going back and forth.

Do not purchase from this company they are a rip off. Gerald Romine only wants to make his money by selling programs not helping people. What a complete rip off he and his company kickassrealestate is.
