Complaint Review: KICKINAIR.COM

So I head to this website called WWW.KICKINAIR.COM and I order two pairs of shoes. Not only is my order delayed for about a week but I've been ripped off. They claim to sell the "highest quality" and have a "100% guarantee". They also state that "if in case you think the merchandise  you received may not be authentic, we simply ask that you return them to us for a full refund" My products are NOT authentic, these shoes that I ordered are FAKE. What are they guaranteeing? The highest quality fakes? Also NOWHERE on their website do they actually make it clear that they sell FAKES and/or REPLICA shoes.They show a fake picture of the REAL SHOE and ship you something COMPLETELY DIFFERENT that is NOT REAL. I have paid about $150.00 and have NOT received what I bought. I am very unsatisfied and angry. Is this not a rip off? Have I not been scammed? Can it be called extortion? I've been tricked into buying something that I believed I was getting and I was given something else for the money I've paid. I've been deceived. I want to know what action I can take to get rid of these shoes and get my MONEY back.
