Kicks Band & Entertainment Group,which seem to be based in San Diego was caught in fraud by wedding photographer dmitrimarkine.com 

They used his copyrighted images which they did not pay for,  to advertise their band's services on https://www.theknot.com/marketplace/kicks-band-and-entertainment-poway-ca-370591They pay the knot to advertise their services and gather reviews. it's directly connected to their website so they can't really say they did not do it or weren't aware.
