Complaint Review: kicksandclothes.com

I purchased a pair of Air Jordan V for a Christmas present this year on December 17, 2008. I still have not as of today (December 29, 2008) heard anything back from this company. I have called this company everyday since the order and the calls are picked up by a voicemail everytime. No responses to any of the multiple emails I have sent have been responded to either. If this is a legitimate company as they claim on the Ripoff Report website when responding to other posts, then they have terrible customer service. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this website. It is a complete scam.
If they are so busy with Holiday orders, they sure make time to complete the credit card transactions and steal from their consumers. The money was taken out of my account days after the order and still no tracking number or confirmation that my package has been sent has been received. Do not purchase anything from this company, they are not a trustworthy - take your business elsewhere.
