I order 4 pairs of sneakers from kickzandgear which is the same company as kicksandclothes on Nov:24 and On Dec 1st I got an email for Order Confirmation saying. This email confirms that your order was Shipped contact us if you have any questions about your order. And that ws on two different orders on the same day. So when I didn't get my order I contacted their customer support and I ask them when I receive my orders. The reply was We apologize for the delay. Please go to our homepage for an important notice. Thanks in advance for your understanding... I replied I ordered on (11-24-08) So its been over three weeks since I put in my order and I don't have a tracking # so when will I get my order! These are X-mas gift. Yes I went and looked at your home page. There reply was. It has not been over 3 weeks. What is your order number and I will be sure to get your order reshipped before we receive your first order back so you can receive them before christmas..Well its Feb 5,2009 and I've email and called them. The messages I get is they had a shipping problem with in the company and they directes me goto to their kickzandgear web site. Kicksandclothes took the money out of my account on 11/27/08 in the amount of $267.96. And when look for their web site it states that their close. So now out of my money!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the email I was given.
