Like many other parents on the reports, we signed our son up for a 5 year contract. We paid $595.00 in September 2006. I called to make an appointment for my son to take updated pictures and found out kids.com went belly up on October 11, 2007.
They always say never pay for modeling and such in advance. How could we be so dumb, we're intelligent people. Anyone filing a suit, get everyone involved, we definitely want our money back if that is at all possible. A complete Rip off!!! Beware!!!
