Complaint Review: Kids Quest

Kids Quest Paragon Casino and Resort Refused my 17 month old care due to short staff, there were 3 people just standing around with maybe one other child in the room Marksville Louisiana

Me and my husband have been going to the Paragon Casino for 20 years+ and have NEVER experienced this situation before...

On January 4th my husband and I drive 2 hours to gamble and have some adult fun and we brought our 17 month old baby because as they advertise and (we have used them 100 times before) they have a kids quest!

As parents that's a huge plus when deciding on a date night..

We have 3 kids and my older have been going for years but this time was different and very upsetting

we were refused service because they last said they were short staffed

My child is 17 months old and has to be in the toddler room..I am standing there looking at 3 employees doing absolutely nothing and only one other child in the play room, older than my child 

First my husband brought her in around 4 o'clock and was told they would take her at 5:30 when shift changed,very unp I thought but anyway we left and went and ate and went to Walmart TJ kill some time, we drive 2 hours to play do we didn't want to leave before we could gamble, we were just gonna chalk this one up as poor manag and come back at 5:30

Sonat 5:30 invrought my daughter back in and was told that they wouldn't be able to keep her at all and my jaw dropped to the floor 

I asked the lady so this is a daycare for children right?

what else are you doing that you can't keep my child...that's false advertisement and descrimination 

Because of her age...the sign reads infants up to like 12

i couldn't believe we had driven all that way to be turned away not once but twice...

it was a waste of gas,time,and money!!!!!!

someone needs to address this problem NOW before anyone else is blindsided with this after they have driven hours to go to this casino!!!!
