I purchased a vehicle from Kieth Price Autos on August 29th, 2011 and 6 weeks after purchasing it, the vehicle broke down on me. I had it towed to a repair shop and the shop told me that the ball joints and CV axels on each side of the car needed to be replaced, but on top of both of those needing repair the shop told me that the engine is shot. It makes a popping noise as if its raining on the hood and on top of the noise the car blows white smoke. The man who sold me the car at Kieth Price Autos was very unhelpful when my father and I were there, he told us nothing about any car on the lot, the only time he would get involved is when the discussion of money came up and suddenly he was interested in talking to us again. He didnt answer any questions I had about the car and seemed that he wasnt after pleasing the customer he was only after the money.

I feel I was given a very unfair deal on the car before I knew about all the problems it had and after I learned about the problems I felt even worse. I called Kieth Price Autos asking if there was anything they could do to help me out with it such as trading that car in for a different car on the lot after returning it to the condition I bought it in, and they were totally unwilling to help aside from fixing the numerous problems the car has. But after fixing all the problems the car has I would end up paying close to half of the total price of the car, which to me would not be a good investment since its not guaranteed how long the car will last afterwords. The man who sold me the car is James and the man who was unwilling to help me out with it is the owner of the place Kieth Price. They were both very unfair individuals toward me and I would really appreciate if someone would help me out, since they clearly aren't willing to do it.

Not much you can do.

I'm assuming this car was sold to you without a warranty from the dealer.  If that's the case, then there is not much you can do.

Your narrative of you experience tells me that neither you nor your father have any experience buying used cars.   I see no evidence that you researched the car, test drove it or took it to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection.    If you don't do those things, you are very likely to wind up paying too much for a piece of junk.

In the used car world (with a few exceptions by state), once you buy a used car, it and any problems it has belong to you.  As such, it is important to thoroughly check out a car before you buy it.  That is the only way of knowing what you're getting yourself into.   Salesmen lie all the time because they know whatever they tell you will be superceded by the written contract.

I think you're stuck with this one because you didn't do your homework.   Next time, do a simple Internet search on "how to buy a used car" and you will find a lot of information that will keep this from happening again.

The time to act on that feeling is before purchase not afterwards.

"I would really appreciate if someone would help me out"
