Complaint Review: KILBE PICCIANO

In the middle of September 2019 I contracted Kilbe Picciano to paint entire interior of house including drywall replacement in certain areas.  Also to paint approximately 12 doors. Painting baseboard was also part of the contract.  As well to replace the side garage door which was ordered and paid for by myself.

$13,700 was his original contract/bid and we agreed he would be finished by December 2019

$12,800 was paid to Kilbe by between mid September- December 1st 2019.

In December after final payment was made the house and his job was not finished.  He left almost 40% not finished.  The house was a disaster and we couldnt get a hold of Kilbe.  He would text me and my realtor that he was coming almost everyday in december but he never showed up.  Lie after lie after lie, broken promise after broken promise and he would never show up.  I was supposed to sell my home in January but he  messed things up and I had to hire another painter to finish the job for $5,000.  

I do not recommend Kilbe Picciano for any work and to all of you that read this please be aware you have been warned.  The worst part was the stress of dealing with his lies.  

Becareful this guy is a liar and I hired a private investigator to do a background check on Kilbe Picciano and he found over $100,000 in IRS liens and a lawsuit Sherman Williams Painting for over $35,000.  The lawyer for Sherman Williams is LANAK & HANNA P.C.*

I will never forget how when I threatened to take him to court he laughed at me!  

I know god will be his judge for eternity but on this earth for now please be careful of him.
