Killer Auto Sales and Sevice, on January 27, 2018, quoted extensive repairs to my '92 Ford Ranger in the amount of $2,011. I agreed to this but had to wait to get the finances to cover the cost and when the work was completed, according to them, I picked up my truck. The next day, I noticed a large puddle of radiator fluid on my driveway. I called them and reported this, plus the fact, my truck would not accelerate properly. I was told to bring it back in. James, the mechanic told me he had failed to replace, or put back on, a clamp. James told me my vehicle would pass emissions but he could not or would not find why my truck was not accelerating. He advised I take it elsewhere as he refused to work on my truck any more or find what was wrong.

In April, due to the fact my vehicle would not accelerate any faster than 15 MPH, I then took my truck to an AAMCO dealer and they found where the truck had not been properly timed when Killer Auto had done their repairs. This cost me $220 more to get my vehicle up and running. It then passed emissions. Ken at the AAMCO dealership said Killer Auto should be responsible for this due to their failure to fully repair my vehicle. He sent a copy of the bill to Killer Auto and they refused to be responsible for this. I was advised to seek legal counsel and Killer Auto, at this point, has not responded to their attempts to contact them and their responsibility in the total repair of my vehicle. This whole affair has been a point of aggravation for many weeks, plus being without my vehicle while trying to find out what was wrong with it. To say nothing of the fact I feel they should pay me at least the $220 with an apology.
