Kilowatt Financial a Spruce company Kilowatt financial Spruce company Solar service experts It's hidden from me how much solar energy I am producing, also if my solar panels work. The phone number doesn't work, the email doesn't work. I can't pay my bills, because of that and I am expecting interest on top of my bills. Dallas Texas

My husband and I bought a house in Arizona on 6/15/2020. The house came with solar panels ( Kilowatt financial, Spruce company or solar service experts, company with many names) .

Since we bought it we can't get ahold with the company. The phone number is off, the email box is full.

I was able to get in touch with them once to request a username and password. It's been a month since then. I didn't get any information. I can't see how much energy I produce, I can't see if the solar panels are working properly, I can't pay my bills. If something happens to this solar panels, I am sure I can't do anything about it! My roof might burns and I would be still unable to do sh*t about it!

I want this solar panels off of my roof. I would appreciate help from any of you. My next step is a lawyer.

I have been battling Spruce/Kilowatt for multiple years.  It is a fraud,rip-off. My solar is not operating.  I have contacted them to no avail.  I am preparing a certified letter demanding thet either fix the problem or ger their unit and panels off my house leaving the roof in original condition.

This company has fraudulent billing practices. Our system was completely down - off the roof - off the grid - off everything, for over 6 months, yet we got detailed billings showing power produced and used and calls to pay up. I am an attorney and I am preparing an action against them. If anyone else would like to join in I would be interested in taking your case on a contingency basis. Please contact me.
