Kim’s Florists Pointe-Claire Led to believe firm in Canada, charged in us funds Lake forest Ca
I'm in Canada, I look up florist in Pointe-Claire, their name appears. The order is to be shipped to Pointe-Claire so naturally I assume their in Canada, let alone Pointe-Claire. The printed order shows $73.97, does not state country currency.
If it showed us funds I would have cancelled immediately. My visa shoes a charge of $100.56 pending conversion fees. I've disputed this charge with visa. I feel it's a scam to get business inferring your local when your not.

This website didn't infer anything, it didn't mislead you. I didn't see a single thing on their site that gave even a hint that they were in Canada.
The fact is by your own narrative you did an Internet search and apparently clicked on the first link that came up. You just "assumed" they were in Canada.
It is unlikely that your credit card company will do anything for you. Especially if the flowers were actually delivered.
