Complaint Review: Kimberly A. Jenkins

In November 2007 Kimberly A Jenkins purchased an item from me on Overstock.com auctions. She paid through Google Checkout and received her item 3 days later. The item was shipped to Thomas A. Jenkins at 28442 N 46TH PL, CAVE CREEK, AZ 85331-3290. At the end of April I received an email from Google Checkout informing me that Kimberly filed a chargeback claiming this is a fraudulent transaction. Thinking the transaction just slipped her mind I called the number listed with the payment: 480-419-7519. It had been disconnected. An online search shows this people as having owned this number: Thomas A. Jenkins, Karen R. Jenkins, Doris Jenkins, Llewellyn Jenkins.

I then called the number listed on Overstock autions, 480-862-3236. The recording said: Hello, this is Kimberly Jenkins, bla bla bla... I called again later and left no message. Late that night a swearing man called saying that people need to stop calling. I told him I was trying to get hold of Kimberly. He said there was no Kimberly Jenkins. I asked why the recording says: this is Kimberly Jenkins and he denied it and hung up on me. I called back again later and the recording was still there. The number was disconnected the next day.

A telephone search showed that Kimberly A. Jenkins was the owner telephone number 480-419-7518 and a backround report shows this number, also disonnected: 480-419-7519. The date of birth on the background report is 03/23/1954 but Her AIM profile makes it look as though she's a younger person.

As of 01/02/2008 the 28442 N 46TH PL, CAVE CREEK, AZ 85331-3290 address shows this person living at that address: KAYLEY HAHN 602-617-1074
One of the Kimberly Jenkins transactions mailed to that address occured on January 21, all the others in November 2007. Is Kayley Kimberly or did Kimberly change her name, did she pick up the package after she moved out and Kaylee is innocent? Or is the Real Estate agent using empty residences and past customers credit information to commit fraud? Whatever the answer to the puzzle is, one day it will be found out and then the scammer will be in serious trouble!

I was able to find 4 other merchants she had done the same thing to, and it is very likely that Kim Jenkins does her shopping this way. Three merchants used Paypal and two used Google Checkout. Google Checkout refused the chargeback and Paypal allowed the merchants to be ripped off and charged them a chargeback fee on top of that. If this was all a mistake Kimberly A. or Thomas A. Jenkins had ample opportunity to respond to the merchants. Here are their email addresses: thomas-b9vo883uois@checkout.l.google.com and kimpossible17@aol.com. They listed their home address as 28442 North 46TH Place, CAVE CREEK, AZ 85331-3290 and the business address at 32531 North Scottsdale Road Suite 105-134, SCOTTSDALE, AZ, 85262.

In 2003 Karen Jenkins was the owner of a beauty shop (remember Kimberly A Jenkins claims she is a stylist):
