I took my vehicle into them to have new brakes & rotors replaced. Kimberly's husband Dave the mechanic told me that he replaced rotors & brakes, which was a big face lie. I drove my car & went back to him several times the brake kept squeaking & there was a vibration in the front passenger side. Everytime I went back Dave would have his teenage son's working on my car which I ask him not to.

Anyway after 9 months my car continues to do the say thing squeaking & vibrating which Dave said will eventually go away, me being a women I don't know I assummed the noise would stop.

I finally took my car into a brake shop after 9 months the mechanic showed me where some screws were stripped, put in slanted, & some were even missing. The brakes & rotors were not even linned up correctly & there were never any new rotors put on my car (replaced). Dave (Eagar Beavers) charged me over $250.00 for so called brakes/rotors that continues to squeak & vibrate.

I would like to let everyone know do not take your vehicle to Egar Beaver for any repair, you will get a bum job now it's costing me another $150 to get the job done all over again.

These people is a big rip off especially women if you don't know, they should be closed down immediately.

Correction to your accusations

Let me first respond by saying go back to school and learn how to write. Second, the business name is Eager Beavers and is owned by David Beavers, Kim is his wife and occassionally works the front desk. Third, the teenage son's that you are referring to, one is only allowed to stand back and learn while the other, who does work on the cars, is under the apprentise program and is legally allowed to perform the work on the vehicles under supervision. Going to a website to complain shows that as a woman you are not too knowledgable! As a woman myself after the first or even second time taking my vehicle to them I would have follwed my womanly instinct and gone elsewhere instead of continuing to go back to the same place. Maybe you continued to go back because you knew they were only charging you half of what others in the area were charging. Not that this is an excuse for them making the mistake but your fault for continuing to return. If you didn't like the services performed or who was performing them then you shouldn't have returned. Might I reccomend that the next time you want to post a complaint on a website for everyone to see that you make sure all your information is correct, including the correct name of the owner and not posting other employee's names.

Sincerely Yours!

They seem "egar beavers" to take your money

They seemed to eager to take your money and run. If this is a licensed facility and I am assuming it is, TURN THEM INTO THE STATE. Go to the states website and you can file a complaint against them. They didn't fix your car like they should have. It could of been very dangerous for you to drive a car with bad brakes like that. Just because you are a woman doesn't mean you don't know what your car sounds and feels like when it is messing up. As for letting his son work on your car that is a big no-no unless he his under the State's training program. They are just opening a can of worms for some major law suits especially if someone could have been killed. Turn Them IN.
